Former X Factor contestant Diana Vickers has wowed fans with a series of holiday snaps from the Italian coast. The 31-year-old, who rose to fame in 2008, shared photos on Instagram on Friday showing her relaxing in Positano.
In the images, Vickers wore an olive crochet bikini and went make-up free, allowing her freckles to show. One photo captured her sunbathing in a harbour, while another showed her posing at her accommodation with a hot drink. She captioned the post: 'Freckles, me, my sister and other cute stuff by the sea.'
Fans were quick to compliment the star, with one writing: 'I needed a second ‘like’ button for the last photo.' Another commented: 'Beautiful and love the realism in the photos.'
After finishing fifth on The X Factor in 2008, Vickers released her debut single 'Once' and has since put out two albums. She now works primarily as an actress, currently touring in a stage production of Steel Magnolias.
Earlier this year, Vickers sparked controversy when she posted a parody video about Queen Camilla and Princess Diana just hours before the Coronation. Despite some criticism, she continues to share updates with her 102,000 Instagram followers.
