Denise Welch has given fans a glimpse into her fitness regime after being inundated with compliments over her outfit reveal at her son Matty's wedding this month.
The Loose Women star and actress, 68, has stayed in sunny Malibu after watching The 1975's Matty tie the knot with model and musician Gabbriette Bechtel in Los Angeles.
Rather than kicking back after the ceremony, mother of the groom Denise hit the beach and took fans along for a glimpse into her workout routine. She looked incredible in an all-blue outfit for a jog across the golden-sand beach, finishing with squats and press-ups. Captioning her upload, she wrote: "Malibu," along with bicep emojis.

Last year, Denise opened up about a complete overhaul of her health following a worrying concern by a doctor after suffering a fall. She explained that while battling low mental health, she would often turn to food, saying that weight gain becomes "very noticeable" on her.
Recalling a health scare that changed her mindset, Denise said: "I tripped and fell on Kingston Bridge. I went to see this knee doctor and he said, 'You've got osteoarthritis and you need to lose weight'. I thought, 'my God, I didn't think I had that much of a problem', the breathing and stuff was due to a sleep apnea problem that wasn't caused by, but isn't helped by, weight gain."

Last week, Denise thrilled fans by sharing an array of snaps from Matty and Gabbriette's wedding. The pair tied the knot at the Chateau Marmont estate in Hollywood, beneath the iconic sign. Denise looked every inch the star in an off-the-shoulder pink satin dress with huge puff sleeves and delicate silver jewellery. In the caption, she wrote: "My dress for my son Matthew's wedding. The happiest time of my life."
The actress also shared pictures from the wedding weekend, including photos with her son Matty, who wore a custom Paul Smith suit, and her second son Louis. She was also snapped sitting next to bride Gabbriette, who wore a gown designed by Matieres Fecales, inspired by the dresses of the 19th century, and with Charli XCX, who wore a black dress.
The wedding was attended by several celebrity guests, including Healy's close friend Charli XCX, presenter Nick Grimshaw and Coronation Street stars Sally Dynevor and Angela Lonsdale. Speaking of the wedding, Denise said on social media: "To see my eldest son marry the most beautiful, funny, crazy girl under the Hollywood sign was a night I'll never forget. They are made for each other. I kept looking around and couldn't believe so many of our friends and family were all together in Los Angeles, celebrating this most magical, beautiful few days, watching the love between Matthew and Gabbriette."
