Davina McCall and her husband, Michael Douglas, have reportedly hosted a secret second wedding party in their garden, seven months after first tying the knot in December 2025. The couple extended their celebrations with a garden party on Saturday, inviting close friends and family to a larger bash.
Elaborate Celebrations
According to insiders, Davina and Michael “pulled out all the stops” for the event. A source said: “They went all out and invited friends and family to a bigger wedding celebration on Saturday. Davina looked absolutely stunning in her wedding gown.”
The reception featured a tuk-tuk entrance that got guests laughing and cheering, and multiple tipi tents were erected in the garden, allowing dancing into the early hours. The party was reportedly always part of the couple’s plan for a big but private bash with their nearest and dearest after the formalities were sorted.
First Wedding in December
The 58-year-old TV presenter and her 52-year-old husband first said “I do” in December 2025 at a small venue near their home in Kent, just three months after getting engaged. Davina had spoken publicly about her breast cancer diagnosis weeks before the wedding.
In January, Davina said the affair was small: “We had 11 people at our actual wedding. And my stepmom was in Australia.” Michael added that their wedding rings were “actually made by a prosthetic eye company,” with Davina noting, “If I catch sight of the ring I feel like he’s with me.”
Health Journey
In November 2025, Davina revealed she underwent surgery for breast cancer three weeks prior. She found a lump after checking herself and said: “It was very, very small, so I got it very, very early which is incredibly lucky. But I am so relieved to have had it removed and to know that it hasn’t spread.”
She underwent five days of radiotherapy in January 2026 as “an insurance policy” and urged followers: “Check yourself regularly. If you are due a mammogram, then get it done.” Davina also thanked medical staff at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London, where she had a lumpectomy. Just a year earlier, she had surgery to remove a rare brain tumour after a colloid cyst was found during a health checkup.
