Former TOWIE star Dan Osborne has delighted fans by sharing a video of himself working out with his 12-year-old son, Teddy, whom he affectionately calls a 'giant'. The clip, posted on Instagram, shows the father-son duo lifting weights, with Teddy quickly catching up to his dad's impressive 6ft 5in height.
Dan, 34, addressed comments about his stature, clarifying: 'I'm 6 ft 5. I just have a giant of a son.' He expressed pride in his eldest child, captioning the post: 'Proud of you dude.' Teddy also shared the gym session on his own Instagram account, writing: 'Gym with the old man!'.
Dan and his wife, former EastEnders actress Jacqueline Jossa, recently celebrated eight years of marriage with a romantic trip to Gran Canaria. The couple, who have two daughters together—Ella, nine, and Mia, six—have worked to overcome a brief separation last year, with a source saying they are 'fully committed to having a drama-free marriage from now on'.
Dan has spoken before about instilling good habits in his son, noting that children often copy their parents. He said he was proud when Teddy expressed a desire to eat healthily and work out like his father. The family also includes Dan's son from a previous relationship, Teddy, who recently turned 12.
