Cruz Beckham has broken his silence on social media following his brother Brooklyn's explosive statement criticising the family. The 20-year-old musician shared photos and videos on Instagram as he prepared for a gig, posting an image of his electric guitar and a clip performing with his band.
Brooklyn Beckham, 26, claimed in a statement that his parents David and Victoria Beckham had controlled narratives in the press about the family. He said he did not want to reconcile with his family and alleged they had tried to ruin his relationship and pressure him into signing away the rights to his name.
Cruz, who performs with his band The Breakers, has previously received public support from his parents. David Beckham shared a video of Cruz performing last November, captioned: 'Family and friends night with Cruz, we are so proud of you mate.' Victoria Beckham also posted a clip, writing: 'Wow! You look so happy Cruz and we couldn't be prouder.'
In October 2025, Cruz's band signed with music management company C3, who have previously worked with The Strokes. The youngest son of David and Victoria, Cruz has pursued a career in music, unlike his siblings who have tried various professions including football, fashion, and photography.
