Corrie fans suspect Jodie Ramsey hiding major secret

Coronation Street fans are convinced Jodie Ramsey is concealing a significant secret, as they continue to question the character's intentions since her arrival in Weatherfield earlier this year.

As viewers of the ITV soap recall, Jodie first appeared tied up in the back of a van driven by Emmerdale returnee Graham Foster during a horrific multi-vehicle pile-up. Although not directly involved in the crash, Jodie attempted to escape and, after sustaining injuries, was chased by DC Kit Green before ending up in hospital. There, she encountered Shona Platt, who was revealed to be her long-lost sister.

Jodie quickly made herself at home with Shona and her family at No.8 Coronation Street. However, viewers have witnessed her repeatedly trying to drive a wedge between Shona and her husband, David Platt. She was also among five potential victims of a murder in Weatherfield before convincing Daniel Osbourne—who was struggling after his girlfriend Megan Walsh was exposed as a groomer—to be her friend. She briefly moved in with him until he uncovered her as his online troll, leading to his mental health decline.

Despite Shona discovering that Jodie tricked David into bed by impersonating her, Jodie has since secured a place back at No.8. Her continued presence on the cobbles has left fans baffled. Many now predict that Jodie could be linked to the investigation into Theo Silverton's murder. On the night of the killing, viewers saw the Platts cast her out, after which she attacked David's sister, Sarah Platt, upon discovering Sarah's secret trinket box.

Fans have taken to social media to share their theories. @LadyReignFC said: "Jodie was looking for a place to stay on the night Theo was murdered (going up the streets trying car doors, front doors), she attacked Sarah & she may have tried to break into Todd & Theo's home. It was such an oddly specific thing to mention #corrie." @terrettcorey asked: "Could Jodie have killed Theo? Is the final clue in her trinket box? #corrie."

@J_WBerry commented: "Still possible Jodie killed Theo. She was looking for somewhere to stay that night after David evicted her. Did she go to the flat thinking it was empty? Did she go there later, not knowing Theo was dead outside & ran when she heard Betsy scream? She looked edgy today #Corrie." @michaelstercel wrote: "Still think Jodie killed him." @vjnealex added: "I think it's Jodie, Theo was already dead, David booted her out, and her storyline hasn't continued from that night."
