Coronation Street fans are convinced they know who attacked Dylan Wilson, as spoilers confirm someone seeks revenge over his recent incident with Betsy Swain. Betsy, 18, suffered two strokes after Dylan strangled her during consensual sex, causing neck artery damage and a blood clot. She was found collapsed by Ryan Connor and rushed to hospital, where doctors confirmed the cause.
Betsy's recovery and Dylan's attack
Betsy has been told she may make a good recovery, but her journey home will be challenging. Meanwhile, Betsy refused to give a statement against Dylan, leaving her mum Lisa distressed.
