Coleen Rooney turned heads this week as she enjoyed a sun-drenched family holiday in Barbados, showcasing her incredibly toned physique in a skimpy bikini.
Escaping the UK Storm for Caribbean Sun
The I'm A Celebrity star, 39, was pictured frolicking in the sea on Thursday, seemingly carefree as she escaped the blistering conditions of Storm Goretti back in the UK. With a cocktail in hand, she soaked up the 27-degree heat, flaunting her rock-hard abs in a strapless two-piece.
Her husband, former footballer Wayne Rooney, 40, took a more relaxed approach, covering up with a black cap and short-sleeved shirt. The couple are on their annual Caribbean jaunt with their four sons: Kai, 16, Klay, 11, Kit, eight, and Cass, six.
A Lavish Family Affair
The holiday is a true family affair, with Coleen's parents, Colette and Tony, also in attendance. They were joined by retired footballers and Wayne's former teammates, including Jonny Evans, Michael Carrick, and Darren Gibson.
The Rooney boys made the most of the watersports, energetically flitting between jetskis and a Jetlev Flyer, and jumping off boats into the crystal-clear water. Coleen herself looked utterly relaxed, even strutting along the beach with a stash of cash tucked casually into her bikini top.
The Fitness Regime Behind the Figure
Coleen's incredible bikini body is no accident. It's the result of gruelling hours spent in the gym multiple times a week. She has previously shared her fitness secrets, revealing a dedication to Reformer Pilates and a strict routine of bodyweight squats.
"At home every morning when I'm in the shower I do squats," she told the Daily Mail after her jungle stint. "I get up before the kids get up and I'll do a routine of squats and I know if I've got them done I can carry on."
The couple are frequent visitors to Barbados, where they own a £5million five-bedroom villa. The luxurious property, which they purchased in 2010, features an infinity pool with a link bridge and can sleep up to 14 people. They rent it out when not in residence.
Prior to their tropical escape, the Rooneys made headlines for the extravagant Christmas light display at their £20million Cheshire mansion, High Lake Manor. The sprawling property, located in the area's famed 'Golden Triangle', boasts a home cinema, underground spa, and even a football pitch.
