Coleen Rooney's Bikini Body Steals Show on Barbados Family Holiday
Coleen Rooney flaunts figure on Barbados holiday

Coleen Rooney turned heads this week as she enjoyed a sun-soaked family getaway in Barbados, showcasing her impressively toned figure in a skimpy bikini.

Escaping the UK Storm for Caribbean Sun

The I'm A Celebrity star, 39, was pictured frolicking in the sea on Thursday, leaving the blistering conditions of Storm Goretti back in the UK far behind. Soaking up the 27-degree heat, she enjoyed a cocktail in hand while flaunting her rock-hard abs in strapless swimwear, effortlessly stealing attention from her husband, former footballer Wayne Rooney, 40.

The couple are on their annual Caribbean jaunt with their four sons: Kai, 16, Klay, 11, Kit, eight, and Cass, six. The boys were seen letting loose on an array of watersports, including jetskis and a Jetlev Flyer, and jumping from boats into the crystal-clear water.

A Gruelling Fitness Regime Behind the Figure

Coleen's incredible bikini body is no accident. It is the result of gruelling hours spent in the gym multiple times a week. She has previously shared the secrets behind her jaw-dropping physique, particularly after her stint in the I'm A Celebrity jungle in 2024.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, Coleen explained that while at home her routine includes Reformer Pilates, in the jungle she settled for bodyweight squats. 'At home every morning when I'm in the shower I do squats,' she said. 'I get up before the kids get up and I'll do a routine of squats and I know if I've got them done I can carry on.'

The relaxed mother-of-four was even spotted strolling along the beach with a stash of cash tucked into her bikini top, while Wayne sought shade from the heat in a black cap and short-sleeved shirt.

A £5 Million Home Away From Home

The Rooneys are frequent visitors to Barbados, where they own a lavish £5 million five-bedroom villa. The property, which they purchased in 2010, features an infinity pool with a link bridge and can sleep up to 14 people. They rent out the holiday home when not using it themselves.

They were joined on this luxurious escape by Coleen's parents, Colette and Tony, as well as retired footballers and Wayne's former teammates, including Jonny Evans, Michael Carrick, and Darren Gibson.

The holiday follows reports that the couple spent tens of thousands of pounds on Christmas lights at their £20 million Cheshire mansion, High Lake Manor. The vast property, located in the area's famous 'Golden Triangle', boasts a snooker room, home cinema, underground spa, and even a football pitch.
