Viewers have said a true crime series that is now streaming on ITVX left them "sobbing". US series Cold Justice has been added to the platform, with several episodes available to watch now.
Series follows former prosecutor
The series, which first aired in 2013, follows former Harris County, Texas prosecutor Kelly Siegler and her team of investigators as they delve into unsolved murders, reports Wales Online. Looking at crimes such as the killing of a family on Halloween and the abduction and murder of a young mum, the show has been declared "gut-wrenching" by viewers, with many people saying that it made them cry.
"Breaks your heart," one person posted online, as another viewer noted: "TV doesn't get more real and raw than this."
Emotional reactions
One fan posted a message on X saying that it "made me cry". "OMG, I am only 15 minutes in and already I am sobbing," someone else said as they tuned in to an episode of the series. Some people said that seeing Kelly become emotional over some of the cases tugged at their heartstrings.
"If you start to cry, my tear ducts start working too," one person said on X. "I love how emotionally available you are while at the same time, being super competent in your investigations. Some foolishly think one cannot be effective w/both things being true."

So far nine series of Cold Justice have aired, and Kelly and her team have had a lot of success as they have helped to secure several arrests and their investigations have contributed to some convictions. Cold Justice is available on ITVX.
