Chloe flexed her biceps and tensed to display the results of her hard work, sharing the photo on Instagram. She wore a black cropped sports bra paired with tiny shorts, with her hair pulled back in a ponytail. In the caption, she wrote: 'Building muscle and staying hydrated without a collagen or electrolyte supplement in sight.'
After her workout, the fitness enthusiast enjoyed a glass of wine in the sun at home.
Cryptic Response to Ex-Mother-in-Law
On Tuesday, Chloe appeared to respond to ex-husband James Haskell's mother, Susie, with a cryptic Instagram post about dealing with 'other people's cr**'. The influencer split from the former rugby player, 41, in 2023 after five years of marriage. James is now seeking love on E4's Celebs Go Dating.
During her appearance on the show, Susie criticised Chloe, ranting about James's past girlfriends and sharing her views on why the marriage ended. Chloe shared a post on Instagram Stories that read: 'Does anyone else feel like there are just some people in life who you have to follow around with a dustpan and brush so you can sweep up all the c**p they keep dropping on the floor? Orrrr is that just me? Honestly if you're reading this and you can't relate you're probably a c**p dropper.'

Just 24 hours earlier, James said during the Celebs Go Dating premiere: 'Mum is an absolute loose cannon at the best of times. I am dreading what's going to come out of her mouth. As long as she does not upset my ex.' Susie then commented: 'I'm not sure where he's gone wrong because prior to his marriage, I met lots of lovely girlfriends. Each of them just loved me, which is a bonus.'
She added: 'I do have quite a strong opinion on why I think it went wrong. You can't have two stars because you have them competing for the floor space the whole time.' She also praised James's popularity and intellect, mentioning his seven books, three of which are on The Times best-seller list.
Despite his mother's remarks, James revealed that Chloe encouraged him to appear on the dating show. He said: 'I was on the fence, and she encouraged me to go for it. She's a good friend and my co-parent, and we're very transparent with each other. I feel lucky to have that kind of trust and support, it makes everything feel collaborative, and it's a relationship I truly value.'
