Cheryl Tweedy Shares Rare Snap of Son Bear at Disney World

Cheryl Tweedy has delighted fans by sharing rare photographs of her son Bear during a magical trip to Walt Disney World. The former Girls Aloud singer, 42, posted a carousel of images on social media, offering a glimpse into her private life with her nine-year-old son.

A Rare Glimpse Into Motherhood

Cheryl, who typically keeps Bear out of the public eye, shared several snaps from their holiday. In one video, she walks hand-in-hand with Bear, who has his hoodie up and back to the camera. Other images show Bear with a cap covering his face, ensuring his identity remains protected. Despite this, fans were thrilled to see how much he has grown.

Captioning the post, Cheryl wrote: "Somewhere in the corners of the world, magic still exists. I don’t know what took me so long to experience the joys of @waltdisneyworld but I completely escaped into my inner child for the last couple of weeks. What a wonderful place."

Fan Reactions

Fans quickly flooded the comments with astonishment at Bear's growth. One commented: "Bear will be taller than you soon OMG." Another said: "Little Bear is not little anymore." A third added: "Aww, so glad you went there with Bear and had an amazing and beautiful time. You deserve it." Cheryl's Girls Aloud bandmate Nicola Roberts also chimed in: "Love this."

Bear's Background

Bear was born in 2017 to Cheryl and her then-partner, former One Direction star Liam Payne. The couple announced their split in 2018 but emphasized their commitment to co-parenting. Liam tragically died in 2024 at age 31 after falling from a hotel in Buenos Aires. Since his death, Cheryl has credited her mother and brother as her pillars of support.

Recent Challenges

Cheryl has faced a difficult year. In September 2024, her stalker Daniel Bannister was sentenced to one year in prison and given a lifetime restraining order. Cheryl stated in court that the stalking had a "huge impact" on her life and scared her son: "I have a young child to protect. It has made my young child scared. I have had to rely on security, family and friends for support."

Additionally, reports emerged in April that Cheryl's brother was seen living in a tent and begging outside a supermarket. Cheryl has previously spoken about her brother's struggles with addiction and her efforts to help him.

Despite these hardships, Cheryl's Disney trip with Bear offered a moment of joy and magic, as she shared with her fans.
