Charlie Webber Returns to The Bold and the Beautiful

Dick Christie is set to reprise his role as Charlie Webber on the CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful this week, according to Soap Opera Digest. The actor, 77, will appear again from the week of 18 May, having last been seen on the show in April 2025.

Webber is the security chief at Forrester Creations, the family fashion house at the centre of the drama. The character has been romantically linked to Pamela Douglas, played by Alley Mills; the pair became engaged in 2018 but have not yet married. Christie has appeared in over 200 episodes since joining the series in 2013.

Describing his character, Christie told Soap Opera Digest: “He considers himself to be the renaissance man of security guards. He’s got instant total recall of any diamond heist that happened in the last 100 years and can detail it chapter and verse, whether you want to hear it or not.” The actor added that Webber is “a cross between Cliff the mailman on Cheers and any of Patrick Warburton’s [Family Guy] characters.”
