The 43-year-old shared the lyrics on Instagram on Monday, describing them as 'pretty awesome and hilarious'. The song, consisting of four verses and a chorus, dubs Bunn the 'Queen of meteorology' and includes lines such as 'Jane Bunn she's the one, she knows the forecast before it's begun'.
Fans were quick to express their enthusiasm, with one commenting that they 'only watch the last 5 minutes of the Channel Seven news these days' because of Bunn. Another follower asked whether the rap could be set to the tune of Ben Folds Five's 'Rocking the Suburbs'.
Bunn, who has been with Seven since 2014, has gained a cult following in Melbourne and has been dubbed Australia's most popular weather presenter.
