BBC Drops Thrilling Trailer for Celebrity Traitors

The BBC has released the first full trailer for The Celebrity Traitors, promising a star-studded cast and dramatic twists. The series, which premieres on 8 October, features celebrities entering Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands, where host Claudia Winkleman warns there is “no special treatment.”

The cast includes actors Celia Imrie and Stephen Fry, comedian Alan Carr, singer Charlotte Church, broadcaster Clare Balding, former rugby player Joe Marler, presenter Jonathan Ross, and Olympic diver Tom Daley, among others. In the trailer, comedian Lucy Beaumont remarks, “This is life or death, isn’t it?” while historian David Olusoga exclaims, “That’s quite a twist.”

The game pits a group of ‘faithful’ players against ‘traitors,’ who must eliminate others each evening. The winner will receive £100,000 for their chosen charity. The series, produced by Studio Lambert, will air over nine episodes.
