This Morning presenter Cat Deeley has been spotted enjoying a sun-soaked holiday in Miami, sharing images of herself in a white bikini just months after her separation from husband Patrick Kielty.
Winter Sun and a Fresh Start
The 49-year-old television host appeared carefree as she relaxed on the beach with celebrity hairstylist Ben Skervin. Deeley, who announced the end of her 12-year marriage in July 2025, took a dip in the ocean and enjoyed an icy drink under the Floridian sun. In one photo, she was seen reading Harper Lee's novel The Land of Sweet Forever while sunbathing.
This trip follows her first Christmas and New Year as a divorcee. To mark the start of 2026, Deeley shared a reflective video montage on social media, highlighting her favourite moments from 2025. She captioned the post, "A lot of fun, a big bunch of friends and a whole lot more to come in 2026!"
Life After the Split
Cat Deeley and Northern Irish comedian Patrick Kielty, 54, released a joint statement in July 2025 confirming their separation. They vowed to "continue to be united as loving parents" to their two sons, Milo and James. Rumours of trouble had circulated earlier in the year when Deeley did not attend the funeral of Kielty's mother in Northern Ireland in March.
Despite the personal upheaval, Deeley's year-end video showed a year filled with positivity. It featured scenes of girly nights out, summer bike rides, and behind-the-scenes moments with her This Morning co-host Ben Shephard. She was also pictured enjoying red light therapy masks with Shephard, giggling with McFly stars Harry Judd and Danny Jones, and sharing a glass of rosé with her mother, Janet.

Amid the holiday relaxation, Deeley remained focused on her professional commitments. Her friend Ben Skervin shared an Instagram Story showing the presenter diligently studying her lines for This Morning on the flight back to the UK.
The video also offered glimpses into her family life, celebrating her son James's seventh birthday with a Minecraft cake and a trip to a petting farm. It included nods to her This Morning 'family', such as Alison Hammond, and a moment with Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson.
The couple, who had lived in the US, decided to move back to the UK in 2020. In a 2024 interview with the Sunday Times, Deeley cited a "really scary" incident involving a suspected shooter at a shopping mall as a catalyst for the move, wanting their children to be closer to extended family.
