Caroline Flack's Brother Paul's Final Confession Before Death

Paul Flack, the brother of late TV presenter Caroline Flack, has died at the age of 55, just six years after his sister's tragic suicide. He was found unresponsive at his home in Norwich on June 21 and later died at Norfolk and Norwich Hospital despite attempts to save his life.

Inquest and Cause of Death

An inquest into Paul's death is scheduled for October. According to the Eastern Daily Press, a provisional post-mortem determined his cause of death as cardiac arrest due to hanging.

Final TV Appearance and Heartbreaking Confession

In November 2025, Paul made his final television appearance on the documentary Caroline Flack: Search for the Truth, alongside his mother Christine and surviving sisters Jody and Elizabeth. During the first episode, the family visits a bench dedicated to Caroline. Christine expresses her hope to reveal the truth about what led to Caroline's death. Paul then asks his family: "What's the first thing you think of when you wake up in the morning?" He adds: "Probably the same as me. Do you think the newspapers and the police do? No, they've forgotten about it. It's not their problem anymore."
