Vintage For Victory, a beloved community event in Cardiff, is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year by transforming Whitchurch Library Gardens into a bustling scene from the past. The festival, which has become a firm favourite with families, history enthusiasts, and vintage lovers, will take place from Thursday, July 9, to Sunday, July 12, 2026.

The gardens will be taken back in time with the sounds of wartime classics, vintage performers, military displays, classic vehicles, and traders offering retro fashion and locally produced food and drink. A spokesperson for Team V4V said: "Many people don't realise that Vintage For Victory is organised by the same team of local residents who also deliver the Cardiff 5K – Race For Victory and the Noah's Ark Reindeer Run. We are a volunteer-led organisation that is passionate about creating events our community can be proud of. Our aim has always been to bring people together, support local businesses, showcase Whitchurch and Cardiff, and create memorable experiences for visitors of all ages. Every ticket purchased helps support an event run by local people, for local people, and we're incredibly proud of what our volunteers have achieved over the years."
