Cameron Diaz has never shied away from sharing her beauty tips, and her number one secret is reportedly having plenty of sex. The 53-year-old actress insists that an active bedroom life has kept her feeling youthful and healthy.
'Healthy and natural'
In a past interview with British Vogue, the Charlie's Angels star explained: "I don't want to look 25 again. The fountain of youth for me, let's see...I guess it's exercise, healthy diet, lots of water, lots of laughter, lots of sex - yes, sex! We need that as human beings. It's healthy, it's natural, it's what we are here to do!"
Open about her sex life
The Knight and Day actress has also been candid about her sexuality. Speaking to Playboy in 2010, she said: "I'm primal on an animalistic level, kind of like: 'Throw me over your shoulder. You man, me woman.' I love physical contact. I have to be touching my lover, like, always. It's not optional."
Diaz also revealed she is attracted to women, telling the magazine: "Sexuality and love can be different things. I can be attracted to a woman sexually, but it doesn't mean I want to be in love with a woman. If I'm going to be with a woman sexually, it doesn't mean I'm a lesbian. We put these restraints and definitions on people, but it's hard to define."
Addressing labels
The Shrek actress later spoke to PrideSource about claims she is bisexual, shutting down the label by saying she "can appreciate the beauty of another woman." She also admitted that despite her fame, men rarely approach her. She told Playboy that "it takes a lot for a guy to ask out a girl like her," not because she is "super special," but because she thinks "men are intimidated" and it is "a lot to get involved with."
Family life
Diaz married Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden in 2015, and the couple have three children together.
