Vick Hope has shared precious photos of her baby son Micah as she and husband Calvin Harris celebrated their first Christmas as a family of three. The BBC Radio 1 host, 36, welcomed the couple's first child in July and returned to work in October.
The photo series on Instagram included a shot of Vick in a glittering gold gown at the Christmas dinner table, a heartwarming image of Micah resting on her belly, and pictures of Calvin, 41, collecting their Christmas tree. Another snap showed the baby wearing a 'my first Christmas' onesie, with Calvin beside the highchair.
In the caption, Vick simply wrote: 'Twas the season.' The idyllic snaps contrast with her previous comments about motherhood being messy, after Calvin had shared a candid image of her placenta in August when announcing Micah's birth. Vick quipped at the time: 'I am keen to celebrate motherhood after what my vagina has done – it's f***ing majestic. And now you've all seen my placenta too!'
Calvin's birth announcement post in August included photos of Vick in a birthing pool and her placenta with capsules, hinting at encapsulation. He captioned it: '20th of July our boy arrived. Micah is here! My wife is a superhero... We love you so much Micah.'
The couple kept the pregnancy private until late May, when Vick confirmed the news live on Radio 1. They married in a Glastonbury-themed wedding in September 2023 and spent the summer at Calvin's 138-acre farm in Ibiza, where Vick gave birth.
