Brookside star Philip Olivier has tied the knot with his longtime partner Amy Virtue, with whom he shares five children. The 46-year-old actor, best known for playing Tim 'Tinhead' O'Leary on the Channel 4 soap from 1996 to 2003, married on Saturday aboard the Daffodil boat at Liverpool's Canning Docks.

Wedding Details and Guests

Guests were treated to a celebratory tasting experience menu and gifted limoncello as keepsakes. Jennifer Ellison, who played Olivier's Brookside love interest Emily Shadwick, shared the news on Instagram. She was among several soap pals at the event.

Jennifer posted a clip of the new Mr and Mrs descending the boat's staircase with their arms around one another to cheers, before Philip gave his bride a spin on the dance floor.
