Brad Pitt Has No Plans to Marry Ines de Ramon Despite Family Approval
Brad Pitt Has No Plans to Marry Ines de Ramon

A source close to Brad Pitt has revealed that the actor has no current intentions to marry his girlfriend, Ines de Ramon, despite widespread engagement rumors. The 62-year-old star has been in a relationship with the 33-year-old de Ramon since 2022, and she has become a beloved figure within Pitt's family circle.

Family Welcomes Ines de Ramon

According to a source who spoke to Page Six, Pitt's family has fully embraced de Ramon. They reportedly no longer refer to her as "Brad's girlfriend" but instead consider her a member of the family. The source stated, "They absolutely adore her and she’s been welcomed with open arms from the beginning. At this point they basically consider her family and one of their own." De Ramon is said to be in regular contact with Pitt's siblings, nieces, and nephews.

No Wedding Plans Despite Closeness

Despite the strong family bonds, the source emphasized that Pitt has no plans to walk down the aisle again. "But Brad has no plans on getting married despite how close Ines has become with everyone," the insider added. This denial comes just over a year after Pitt's highly publicized and tense divorce from Angelina Jolie was finalized in December 2024, following eight years of legal proceedings.

Pitt's Previous Marriages

Pitt's romantic history includes two high-profile marriages. He was married to Jennifer Aniston from 2000 to 2005, and to Angelina Jolie from 2014 to 2016, though the couple separated in 2016. The divorce from Jolie was only finalized in December 2024. Speaking to GQ last year, Pitt downplayed the significance of the divorce's conclusion, saying, "No, I don’t think it was that major of a thing. Just something coming to fruition. Legally."

De Ramon's Background

Ines de Ramon was previously married to Vampire Diaries actor Paul Wesley. Pitt and de Ramon made their first public appearance as a couple at a Formula One race, which Pitt denied was a calculated move. He told GQ that living that way would be "exhausting" and that their relationship simply "evolved."

Pitt's Relationship with His Children

Pitt and Jolie share six children: Maddox (24), Pax (22), Zahara (21), Shiloh (19), and twins Knox and Vivienne (17). Few of them appear to maintain close contact with Pitt. Page Six reported that only Pax still has a relationship with "his dad's side of the family." Maddox has legally changed his surname to Jolie, dropping Pitt, while Shiloh also changed her name. Zahara and Vivienne have informally dropped Pitt from their names.

The Mirror reached out to Pitt's representatives for comment on the matter.
