Boris Becker becomes a dad again at 57

Tennis icon Boris Becker has announced the arrival of his newborn daughter, Zoë Vittoria Becker, with his wife Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro. The former Wimbledon champion shared the joyful news directly with his followers on social media.

A Joyful Announcement

Becker, 57, took to Instagram to introduce his daughter to the world. He posted a poignant black-and-white photograph showing himself and his 35-year-old wife holding their newborn's hand. The baby, named Zoë Vittoria Becker, was born on Friday, 21 November 2025. Her birth came just one day before her father celebrated his own 58th birthday on Saturday, 22 November.

Becker's Expanding Family

This new addition marks the first child for Becker and his current wife, Lilian, whom he married in a lavish ceremony in Portofino, Italy, in September of last year. The couple had previously announced they were expecting in June. For Becker, Zoë is his fifth child. He has four other children from previous relationships.

His family includes son Noah Gabriel, born in 1994 with his ex-wife Barbara Feltus, and a second son, Elias Balthasar, born in 1999 before their divorce in 2001. Becker also has a daughter with Russian model Angela Ermakova and another son, Amadeus, with his second wife, Lilly Kerssenberg. His relationship with Kerssenberg ended acrimoniously after nine years in 2018.

A Strong Partnership Through Adversity

In a recent interview with The Sunday Times, Becker opened up about his relationship with Lilian, which began after they were introduced by friends in 2018. He highlighted their profound connection, stating, "She is obviously a very attractive woman, but I felt that from the first day we had lunch together alone, we had this instant intellectual connection."

He also praised her unwavering support during one of the most challenging periods of his life. Becker was sentenced to two and a half years in prison after being found guilty of hiding millions in assets following his bankruptcy. He served eight months before being released and deported to Germany in December 2022. Becker admitted he was "a little bit surprised that women still stay with you if you have nothing," crediting Lilian for her loyalty when he had hit rock bottom.

Professionally, Becker is also known for his successful three-year stint coaching tennis superstar Novak Djokovic from 2013 to 2016.
