In recent weeks, Censori had been seen in more conservative outfits. Last month, she adopted a sleek corporate look while serving as a guest critic at Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. She wore a black jacket and knee-length black skirt, paired with black leather heeled boots, and let her hair flow naturally.
In March, she appeared nearly unrecognizable in a demure ensemble at a Los Angeles courthouse, where she testified in a lawsuit against West. The case, filed by Tony Saxon, alleged unpaid wages, hazardous working conditions, and wrongful termination related to renovations on West's Malibu mansion.
Earlier this week, Censori supported her stepdaughter North West, 12, at the preteen's album release party, wearing fitted black leggings, a stylish jacket, and red leather platform boots.

The new photo comes shortly after Kim Kardashian channeled Censori's risqué style at the 2026 Met Gala. Kardashian wore an orange metallic bodysuit by British artist Allen Jones and Whitaker Malem, featuring a custom-molded breastplate. The outfit was inspired by Jones' poster for the 1975 French erotic film Maîtresse, which received an X rating in the United States.
Kardashian has previously faced accusations of copying Censori's daring fashion choices. In October 2024, she debuted shorter hair similar to Censori's style, and in 2024, she wore a white bodysuit and tights reminiscent of Censori's earlier looks.

In a February interview with Vanity Fair, Censori addressed rumors that West controls her wardrobe. She stated, "I wouldn't be doing something I didn't want to do." She explained that she and her husband collaborate on her outfits, comparing it to being married to Gianni Versace. "Me and my husband would work on my outfits together. Earlier this week, Censori went completely nude under a sheer black catsuit during a visit to a spa in Calabasas. She was seen exiting the facility, partially covering her face, and getting into the driver's seat of a vehicle next to West, who had been waiting.
