Vanessa Feltz has revealed she still struggles with being alone more than two years after her split from long-term partner Ben Ofoedu. The 63-year-old broadcaster said she has been out every night for the past two years and five months, avoiding eating dinner alone at home.
Speaking to Radio Times, the This Morning star was asked who controls the TV remote in her household. She replied: 'I live on my own these days. I've been out every night for two years and five months. There have only been maybe five nights where it's been me in front of the TV with my dinner on a tray, because I don't want to be at home, eating alone.'
Vanessa ended her 17-year relationship with musician Ben Ofoedu in February 2023. Shortly after, she told This Morning presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby: 'When you have to end a relationship it's very hard. I wouldn't want to minimise in any way what it's like when you're heartbroken. It's horrible.'
Vanessa was previously married to surgeon Michael Kurer from 1983 to 2000, with whom she has two daughters and four grandchildren. She currently hosts her own Channel 5 daytime talk show, which drew nearly 2,000 Ofcom complaints over a breastfeeding segment.
