The BBC has decided to end Celebrity Antiques Road Trip after 15 series, with the final episode airing recently. The show featured celebrities paired with antiques experts as they travelled across the UK to buy and sell items at auction.
In the last episode, soap actors Peter Gunn and Melanie Hill competed against each other with experts James Braxton and David Harper. They had £400 and a classic car to find antiques in Staffordshire and Derbyshire.
Items included a little ballerina figurine and a large rocking horse, which were taken to auction. The series had been a popular spin-off of the long-running Antiques Roadshow.
