Amy Schumer’s Weight Loss Transformation Sparks Conversation at Lorne Premiere

Amy Schumer turned heads at the New York City premiere of Focus Features’ Lorne, with fans quick to comment on her striking transformation. The comedian appeared noticeably slimmer and fresh-faced as she posed for photos at Alice Tully Hall on April 9, dressed in a soft pink T-shirt, matching cardigan, and classic blue jeans.

Schumer has previously opened up about her health journey, including trying Ozempic three years ago. She described being bedridden with nausea and vomiting, losing 30 pounds rapidly but feeling it came at too high a cost. “I looked great, but I couldn’t lift my head off the pillow. So what’s the point?” she recalled.

She later had a far better experience with Mounjaro, which she credits for her current transformation. Schumer also revealed she has the gene GDF15, which makes her extremely prone to nausea, a condition that affected her pregnancy.
