In the images, Sami posed around Los Angeles with long honey-colored hair, turning to the side to display the results. Fans noted the similarity to Denise Richards, with Sami expressing delight with her 'dream nose,' which she had wanted to alter for five years. She previously complained on TikTok that her nose photographed 'horribly' and was 'droopy and too big for my face.'
Sami underwent surgery on August 12, describing herself as 'extremely excited' but 'sooooo nervous.' While still bandaged, she said she was 'so happy' and felt like 'a new woman.' This is not her first cosmetic procedure; she had breast implants nine months ago, despite her mother's objections. Denise, who plans to have her own implants removed, warned about potential toxicity and pain, but Sami proceeded, citing friends' influence.
Three months after her breast augmentation, Sami expressed a desire to go larger, captioning a video, 'Spending almost 10k on a new rack just to wanna go bigger. Someone talk me out of it.' Her father, Charlie Sheen, initially disapproved of her OnlyFans career but vowed support, telling Fox News Digital, 'I do not condone this, but since I’m unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy, creative and not sacrifice her integrity.'
