Amanda Holden vows to wear more latex on Britain's Got Talent despite criticism

Amanda Holden has promised to wear more latex and rubber on Britain's Got Talent this year, despite facing criticism over her bold outfit choices in the past. The ITV talent show returns this weekend after a two-year hiatus, and the judge says fans can expect even more daring looks.

Holden's figure-hugging dress during the 2017 semi-finals sparked 663 complaints to Ofcom, but she described the furore as 'hysterical'. She has no intention of toning down her style, telling reporters: 'I'm thinking more rubber - I enjoyed wearing latex in the auditions, so I'm thinking more latex, more sweating in the lives.'

The 48-year-old judge previously defended her choices, saying her mother supports her and that she takes inspiration from stars like Kylie Minogue and Jennifer Lopez. 'Times have changed and I don't feel anyone should feel pressure to dress for your age. It's all about body positivity and feeling good,' she said.
