Amanda Holden stuns in tiny bikini on yacht, warns fans

Amanda Holden sent temperatures soaring in a floral bikini during her family trip to Greece, where she was seen diving off of a yacht and into the sea.

The Britain's Got Talent judge, 55, never fails to dazzle her fans with her sexy holiday shoots and decided to warn them about another 'onslaught' of bikini photos. She showed off her incredible physique in the two-piece bikini from Melissa Odabash and wasted no time in hopping off of her boat and into the water.

Warning to fans

Amanda was also sporting a cowboy hat and a pair of shades while posing behind the wheel of the vessel. She captioned the snaps: 'And so begins the annual onslaught of bikini shots... you have been warned! Enjoying a little downtime with my family before the friends arrive and the partying begins.'

Fitness routine

The TV star oozed glamour as she posed behind the wheel of the boat. Amanda has revealed she runs regularly and does yoga as well as the 'Viking Method' to stay in shape. The Viking Method sees the TV star do squat thrusts, boxing, bunny hops, jumps and crawls.

However, she's insisted she isn't too strict with herself and still enjoys her food and drink. She told The Times in 2023: 'I am not a slave to any beauty or fitness regime because I love food too much. I eat cheese and butter and I love a drink.'

'But the deal I struck with myself was I have to run for my rosé wine in the summer and run for my red wine in winter. And I don’t do it because I feel I have to; I do it for my own discipline and dignity.'

Relationship secrets

Amanda has explained that humour in her relationship with husband Chris has been one of the secrets to their success, and has helped them when times get tough. She told MailOnline: 'Chris and I have always been able to find humour in the darkness. He doesn't dwell on drama. Sometimes people don't get his humour and I'll say to him, "Leave the room, you're not reading it very well".'

She said that Chris sometimes still chases her around the house 'like Benny Hill' and they enjoy date nights. Amanda explained: 'There's no wokery in our house. We don't hold anything back, and we have strong opinions.'

'We try to have a date night every Thursday when we go to the theatre or have dinner, or we lock the door and watch Netflix and the kids just have to do their own thing.'
