Amanda Holden battled the UK heatwave in London by going braless in a plunging beige knitted dress from Karen Millen. The Britain's Got Talent judge and Heart Radio host showcased the halterneck number with floral details during her visit to Global's headquarters in Leicester Square.

In a video shared on Instagram, Holden explained that despite being knitted, the dress is lightweight and breathable. She said: "I am loving this dress. It is from Karen Millen and it's knitted. And I know that sounds like it might be a bit heavy, especially in this gorgeous weather, but it actually isn't. It's super light, doesn't crease up. Something you can roll up and shove in your suitcase for your holiday." She added that she plans to "nick it and take it to Corfu, baby."

Holden recently attended a party dressed as Shirley Eaton's iconic Bond girl from Goldfinger (1964) alongside her husband Chris. She credits humor as a key to their successful marriage. Speaking to MailOnline, Holden said: "Chris and I have always been able to find humour in the darkness. He doesn't dwell on drama. Sometimes people don't get his humour and I'll say to him, 'Leave the room, you're not reading it very well'." She also revealed that Chris sometimes chases her around the house "like Benny Hill" and that they prioritize date nights every Thursday, whether at the theatre, dinner, or watching Netflix at home.
