Alison Hammond has showcased her remarkable 11 stone weight loss as she hit the treadmill this weekend. The 50-year-old This Morning presenter, who previously weighed 28 stone, displayed her slimmed-down figure in tight leggings while working out with a personal trainer.
Hammond has attributed her transformation to diet and exercise, revealing she does not use weight-loss jabs. She told Heat Magazine: "I feel amazing. I feel happy within myself." Her fitness routine includes a personal trainer, walks, pilates, and yoga, with weights kept in her bedroom.
The star's weight loss journey was prompted by health concerns after her mother Maria's death. Hammond was diagnosed as pre-diabetic, which she has since reversed through dietary changes. She explained to Women's Health: "The sweets had to stop – and the fatty foods." She now practices moderation, stating: "I eat everything but in moderation."
Hammond has embraced her new look, saying: "I love my new shape... it's great being able to wear things I would never have been able to before. I mean, look at me, I'm a bombshell." She also addressed weight loss medication, noting she was put off by "scare stories" but would not judge others who use it.
Off-screen, Hammond is reportedly in a relationship with 27-year-old masseur David Putman, sparking speculation about future plans.
