Sydney Sweeney marks her 29th birthday today (12th September) with a fortune estimated at £29 million ($40 million) and a portfolio of business ventures that extends well beyond her acting career. The Euphoria star's wealth has been built through a combination of on-screen pay cheques, production deals, brand partnerships, and property investments.
From acting roles to production deals
Sweeney is best known for her roles in Sharp Objects, The Handmaid's Tale, and Euphoria. In June of this year, she launched Honey Trap, a production company co-founded with Kaylee McGregor, alongside a first-look deal with Sony Pictures. The company aims to develop film and television projects exploring tensions between beauty and danger, and intimacy and power.
Honey Trap has already attached itself to Hollow, a gothic retelling of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, as well as the Barbarella remake and a project titled The Registration. This is not Sweeney's first production venture; in 2020 she set up Fifty-Fifty Films, which earned her an estimated £184,000 ($250,000) in executive producer fees from the romantic comedy Anyone But You. She has since wound down that company to focus on Honey Trap.

Sweeney reportedly earned around £1.4 million ($2 million) from her starring role in Anyone But You, and approximately £5.5 million ($7.5 million) to lead the cast of The Housemaid. During the second series of Euphoria, she was earning roughly £258,000 ($350,000) per episode.
Her commercial ventures include her lingerie label Syrn, ambassador roles with Armani Beauty, Miu Miu, Ford, and American Eagle, and a limited-edition collaboration with soap brand Dr Squatch. The product, called Sydney Bathwater Bliss, consisted of 5,000 bars marketed as containing water from her bubble bath photoshoot, and sold out almost instantly.
Property and classic car portfolio
Sweeney's property holdings include a £2.2 million ($3 million) Tudor-style home in Westwood, Los Angeles, purchased in 2021, a Bel Air estate valued at £7.3 million ($9.9 million), and a coastal retreat in the Florida Keys estimated to be worth £9.9 million ($13.5 million). She also owns several classic cars, including a restored 1969 Ford Bronco and a 1965 Ford Mustang.
