Strictly Come Dancing returns to BBC One this weekend for the third live show of the 2026 series. The remaining 14 couples will take to the dance floor tonight (Saturday, October 10) as they compete to impress the judges and win public support.
Movie Week dominated the ballroom last weekend, ending with Chris Appleton and Amy Dowden becoming the first pair to face elimination this year. All four judges - Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke, and Craig Revel Horwood - chose to save Jaime Winstone and Carlos Gu in the dance-off, confirming Chris and Amy's exit.
What time is Strictly on tonight?
Strictly Come Dancing kicks off at 6.15pm on Saturday, October 10, running for 2 hours and 20 minutes before concluding at 8.35pm. Voting will then open ahead of the second elimination.
The results show airs at 7.10pm on Sunday, October 11, lasting 50 minutes. This week's group routine will see two teams of Strictly professionals face off in a Ballroom versus Latin showdown. Anton Du Beke will captain team Ballroom, while Shirley Ballas leads team Latin. Craig Revel Horwood and Neil Jones will oversee the battle.
Following that will be the actual dance-off, resulting in another pair saying goodbye to the ballroom. Viewers can then switch to Strictly: Lights Up on BBC iPlayer, where Tyler West and Abi Clarke will interview the eliminated duo moments after their departure.
