Princess Anne has been voted one of the "most relatable royals" by Daily Express readers, coming second in a poll with 21% of the 2,185 votes cast. The 76-year-old, often deemed the hardest-working among the royals, was edged out only by Princess Catherine, who topped the poll with 44%.

Poll details and results

The poll ran between 7am on September 28 and 5.30pm on October 1, asking fans to choose who they found most relatable from a list including King Charles, Queen Camilla, the Prince and Princess of Wales, Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, Princess Anne, Duchess Sophie, Prince Edward, and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester.

Prince William came third after Anne, while King Charles received only two percent of the votes. The remaining results were Sophie with 7%, Harry with 3%, Camilla with 2%, and Edward with 1%. The Duchess of Sussex and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester each received 0% of the vote.
