One ticket-holder has won the £5.8 million Lotto jackpot in Saturday's National Lottery draw, while three other players each secured £1 million after matching five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball.
Third jackpot of September
The win marked the third jackpot prize of September, following a £12 million win in the draw on September 12, which came just three days after another player banked £7.8 million.
Saturday's winning Lotto numbers were: Round 1: 22, 27, 38, 42, 47, 59 and the Bonus Ball was 31. Round 2: 11, 15, 17, 31, 38, 46 and the Bonus Ball was 43.
Winner matched all six numbers
The jackpot winner matched all six main numbers, while the three ticket-holders who matched five of six plus the Bonus Ball each received £1 million.
Andy Carter, senior winners' adviser at Allwyn – operator of the National Lottery – said: "As summer draws to a close, Lotto is continuing to deliver life-changing wins with a lucky ticket-holder scooping the entire £5.8 million jackpot in tonight's draw."
He added: "And there's even more good news, as a further three millionaires were made after three ticket-holders matched five main numbers and the Bonus Ball. Don't forget to check your tickets, as you could be celebrating a life-changing Lotto win."
Other draws
In Lotto HotPicks, which uses the same numbers as the Lotto draw, nobody matched all five to claim the top prize of £175,000.
The winning Thunderball numbers were 04, 07, 12, 17, 37 and the Thunderball was 11. No participants matched all five numbers plus the Thunderball to secure the top £500,000 prize, though three players pocketed £5,000 for matching the five numbers.
