Oasis: Don't Look Back in Anger, the documentary featuring never-before-seen joint interviews with Liam and Noel Gallagher, will be available to stream on Disney+ from October 9. The film has already become the year's highest-grossing documentary feature and holds a 97% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
Exclusive Footage and Full Performances
Alongside the brand-new interview footage, the documentary includes full performances of hits like Wonderwall, Slide Away, D'You Know What I Mean?, and Half The World Away for the first time. Rehearsal, backstage, and onstage access will feature, as will the first joint interviews with Noel and Liam in over 20 years.
Angela Jain, Disney+'s head of content, described the Oasis reunion as "one of our defining cultural moments of recent times", adding: "We have seen how the documentary has resonated with audiences around the world as they celebrate the power of Oasis and music through this evocative and moving reunion story."
Emotional Reactions From Audiences
The film comes from Peaky Blinders writer Steven Knight, who said he hoped it would encourage others to resolve family feuds like the Gallagher brothers. Speaking to the BBC, he described the film as "incredibly emotional", showing "real emotions from real people". He told BBC Radio Manchester he could hear people breaking down about 15 minutes into the film: "It's an extraordinary thing that I've never known. When you write fiction and you write a movie you aspire to having these kind of reactions. People are watching real people having real emotions and it is really powerful."
The documentary has been described as "an unapologetically uplifting account of the biggest musical event of 2025" as it captures the emotions of the band and their fans across the world. Disney+ added: "Alongside the band's sold-out world tour, the film also explores the profound emotional impact of this phenomenal global cultural moment and what their music means to audiences and generations worldwide."

Fans have already shared their thoughts on IMDb, with one calling the film "biblical", adding: "Honest, frank, heartfelt, decisive, emotional. This is the Oasis so many of us have always known laid bare to those who dared to question. The greatest band of the last 50 years finally assumed their throne. This was biblical. I need more."
