Oasis tickets have appeared on resale websites for as much as £7,000 within hours of the official online sale launching. The band previously announced that the ticket buying process would be revamped this year, after fans complained about the “dynamic pricing” model employed for the 2025 tour.
New registration process
This time round, fans had to register before being allowed entrance to the ticket buying portal, with no general onsale. Fans selected at random were then sent a code, giving them access to one of nine time window slots in which they could purchase tickets.
The first slot, which began at 9am and closed at 12pm on Friday, has now ended, with many fans left empty handed. Those who claim to have secured tickets are already jumping on opportunities to capitalise on their disappointment.
Resale prices soar
On the ticket reselling website Viagogo, tickets for Knebworth are going for as high as £7,267 for a grandstand ticket in section one. For a general admission ticket, resellers are listing the price at £505, almost three times the face value on the Ticketmaster website.
In Manchester, some seats at the Etihad Stadium are being listed as high as £3,000, and in Glasgow, some tickets were being listed as high as £1,129 at the time of writing.

Here is the breakdown of the Knebworth pricing. Standard ticket prices are available at £170.50 for general admission and £203.50 for front standing. Coach package prices are available at £239.50, £249.50, £259.50, £272.50, £282.50 and £292.50. VIP package prices are available at £317.50, £508.50 and £513.50.
At Celtic Park, Glasgow, standard ticket prices are £71.50, £104.50, £170.50, £203.50 and £263.50 for seated tickets, and £170.50 and £203.50 for standing tickets. Hotel packages are available for £470, £475, £485 and £495. Coach packages are available for £225.50, £228, £234.50 and £236.50. VIP packages are available for £303.50, £363.50, £508.50 and £568.50.
At Etihad Stadium, Manchester, standard ticket prices are £74.60, £107.60, £173.60, £206.60 and £266.60 for seated tickets, and £173.60 and £206.60 for standing tickets. Hotel packages are available for £475, £485, £490 and £495. Coach packages are available for £227.60, £229.60, £232.60 and £238.60. VIP packages are available for £306.60, £366.60, £511.60 and £571.60.
Resale warnings
Resale tickets can only be listed on Ticketmaster or Twickets, so act with caution. Ticketmaster has warned: “Tickets must not be bought with the intention of reselling them for profit or commercial purposes. If we reasonably believe this has happened, we may cancel the order and invalidate the tickets.”
