Katie Price's ex Lee Andrews posts first picture since jail

Katie Price's ex-husband Lee Andrews has returned to social media with a picture of himself for the first time since leaving prison. Lee, who met, married and split from Katie in less than a year, posted a picture on Instagram, saying he could "use somebody".

First post since prison release

On his Instagram Stories, Lee shared a selfie of him and his dad, Peter, in a sauna. He smiled at the camera, while his dad kept his face neutral. In the photo, Lee's hair was once again short - the Dubai-based businessman had caused a stir previously by returning from his first prison stint with what looked like a full head of hair.

Over the new picture, he added the song Use Somebody by Kings of Leon to the post. The exact lyrics used were: "Someone like you with all you know and how you speak. Countless lovers undercover on the street. You know that I could use somebody. Someone like you."

Background of the split

This is his first post since he left prison and since his split from Katie. Lee has been to prison in Dubai twice this year over unpaid debts. The first time led to weeks of headlines, as his then wife Katie claimed he had been kidnapped. During the second stint, she decided it was time to part ways and separated from him.

While Katie still follows her ex, Lee no longer follows anyone on Instagram. He has also removed Katie's name from his Instagram bio, changing it to read only: "Britain's bad boy". Despite this, Katie still features heavily in his highlighted stories, which focus on horse rides they took together, her fitness routines, their wedding and pictures of their rings.

Several pictures of the two of them are also still up on his page. Katie's page also still features several pictures of her and Lee together in Dubai, though she has also removed his name from her bio.

Other activity and statements

Though this was the first picture of himself that Lee posted since his return from prison, the self-professed 'bad boy' posted his first Story earlier in the day. He shared a song by Halsey called Without Me, which is about an ex-partner "taking advantage" of someone.

He's also returned to Cameo, where he's flogging personalised videos for £40.73, or an eye-watering £739.89 for business customers. His biography on the video selling platform reads: "For shirtless kindly choose the express delivery option as this is a premium offer , recognized featured public figure , news articles , media tv, podcast , radio reality tv as well as social media."

Katie and Lee shocked the nation when they got engaged in January, just days after meeting each other. The two had spoken on social media before, but Katie's January trip to Dubai was the first time they'd met in person. Months later, amid allegations that he was a con man and had lied about his net worth, the two split.

At the time Katie ended their marriage, Lee was behind bars in Dubai's notorious Al Awir jail. He told Good Morning Britain via a voice note that he was in "civil jail" but hadn't "been convicted of any crimes, nor am I a criminal".

Lee insisted he hasn't pulled the wool over anyone's eyes, while saying his issues with Katie should have remained behind closed doors. And he said: "I've got my own issues, obviously, but I have my own thoughts on everything."

He claims he has the funds and offered to take a lie detector test to prove it. Speaking on the ITV show, Katie insisted that she hadn't been conned by Lee, nor did she marry him for his alleged wealth.

She said: "I've never been with a man with money. With me, it's never about going with a man with money. I'm self-made, and I have my own money. He hasn't scammed me for money, but I feel he has scammed me, because he fabricated a person that doesn't exist."
