In the film categories, One Battle After Another won Best Motion Picture – Drama, while Paul Thomas Anderson took Best Director and Best Screenplay for the same film. Timothée Chalamet won Best Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama for Marty Supreme, and Rose Byrne won Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy for If I Had Legs I’d Kick You. Wagner Moura won Best Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy for The Secret Agent, and Jessie Buckley won Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama for Hamnet.
On the television side, Adolescence won Best Television Limited Series, Anthology Series or Television Film, and its star Stephen Graham won Best Actor in that category. Erin Doherty won Best Supporting Actress in a Television Series for Adolescence, and Owen Cooper won Best Supporting Actor in a Television Series for the same show. The Studio won Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy, and Rhea Seehorn won Best Actress in a Television Series – Drama for Pluribus.
Other notable winners included Sinners for Cinematic and Box Office Achievement, KPop Demon Hunters for Best Animated Feature, and Ludwig Göransson for Best Original Score for Sinners. The song Golden from KPop Demon Hunters won Best Original Song. Ricky Gervais won Best Stand-Up Comedy Special for Ricky Gervais: Mortality, and Good Hang with Amy Poehler won Best Podcast.
