Vinny Dingle is consumed by fears of going to prison in Emmerdale next week, with the character, played by Bradley Johnson, turning to Aaron Dingle for guidance.
After being dumped by Lewis Barton (Bradley Riches), the reality of his situation begins to hit Vinny, who realises he could face jail time. Terrified, he seeks out Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) and asks for advice regarding prison life.
Crash aftermath
Earlier this year, Jimmy King (Nick Miles) crashed his car into a wedding marquee, leading to his and Dawn Taylor's (Olivia Bromley) deaths. DS Thea Ramsden (Chelsea Edge) established that the incident happened as a result of Jimmy swerving to avoid hitting another car.
Flashbacks confirmed that Vinny was driving the other vehicle. He was on his phone to Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) at the time, and failed to realise he was moving onto the other side of the road. It was too late to do anything by the time Vinny moved his eyes away from his phone, as Jimmy had lost control of his car.
Emotional breakdown
After sharing his plan, Vinny later breaks down when he returns some more of Jimmy's belongings to Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler).
With rumours circulating that Bradley is leaving his role as Vinny, it looks like he may head to prison for causing the crash.
Possible twist
Or is there a twist on the way? It's possible that Vinny could go on the run to prevent facing years behind bars, and there's every chance his best friend Kammy Hadiq (Shebz Miah) could help him out with the plan.
We know he's got a few underground contacts as a result of his criminal past – could Kammy use them to help his mate out?
