Clemmie is shocked when she catches Gabby and Billy kissing at the Hide. She questions Dawn, who struggles more than Clemmie with the revelation. Chas is furious to learn that Mack knows the truth about Leyla. After Mack decides to leave, Chas and Charity scheme to ensure Sarah never finds out. Charity almost confesses about her rape but is interrupted by Liam Cavanagh and a tipsy, despairing Mack. Gabby's anxiety around food leads her to refuse Thomas Tate's attendance at a birthday party after seeing the menu. Aaron remains deeply distrustful of Serena. Robert is knocked out by a runaway farm trailer. Aaron suspects Serena, the only other person at the scene. Aaron later tells Robert his theory and enlists Chas to help watch her. Vanessa is chilled when DS Reid arrives with questions about Dr Todd. Left shaken, Vanessa begins asking questions. Jimmy King skives off work to play golf with Manpreet Sharma.
Friday, July 17: Charity's Tentative Steps
Noah Dingle tells Mack he is looking at jobs abroad, considering a fresh start. Mack's attention turns to Charity, and he calls on Vanessa to find her.
