Coronation Street fans have been sharing a request for more from two Weatherfield residents after 'finally getting some 'endearing' scenes between them.
Brody's Troubled Arrival
Fans of the ITV soap, which is filmed in Salford, will recall that Brody Michaelis first appeared in Weatherfield back in early 2025 when he served time in the Secure Training Centre (STC) with Dylan Wilson. He proved to be quite the troublesome newcomer as he blackmailed Sean Tully into getting him a phone, threatening to hurt Dylan if he didn't do so.
But viewers later learned that he was the son of Mick and Lou Michaelis - a family that caused nothing but trouble following their arrival in Weatherfield last year. When Sean told on Brody for his blackmail, Mick took matters into his own hands and beat Sean up while forcing Gemma to give him an alibi.
Violence and Imprisonment
Corrie fans will recall that things only turned more violent when Mick found out that he might not be Brody's biological father and that Kit Green could be instead. Mick's aggression grew as he attacked Lou before storming out in his van while drinking. PC Craig Tinker soon caught up with him, but met a grisly fate when Mick whacked him round the head with a baseball bat.
He was eventually imprisoned for his horrific crime, and Lou was also put behind bars when she was found to have carried out an almost-deadly attack on Gary Windass.
Fans React to Father-Son Scene
Brody has since remained on the street, being taken in by foster parents Tim and Sally Metcalfe, with his younger sisters, Joanie and Shanice. It means that Brody has remained living close to Kit, and Corrie fans were quick to make their comments when the father-and-son shared a scene together in Tuesday's (August 17) episode of the long-running soap.
@RyanSoapKing25 shared: "Finally A Brody and Kit scene #Corrie." @Racingfan211 said: "We need more Kit and Brody together! #corrie." @agf1052 commented: "I have really liked Brody and Kit scenes recently #Corrie." @JustJamie252 added: "Kit and Brody bonding as father and son is kind of endearing #Corrie."
