A UK ticket-holder has won £2 million in the National Lottery after matching all six main numbers in the draw on September 30. The win was confirmed as the full results were announced, with the same draw also creating three additional millionaires.
Winning numbers for September 30
In Round 1, the winning Lotto numbers were 18, 26, 48, 49, 51 and 53, with a Bonus Ball of 33. In Round 2, the numbers drawn were 25, 52, 53, 54, 55 and 57, with a Bonus Ball of 26.
The winning Thunderball numbers were 19, 24, 29, 33 and 36, with the Thunderball itself being 4.
Three more millionaires created
Andy Carter, senior winners’ adviser at Allwyn – operator of the National Lottery – commented on the draw: “As summer draws to a close, Lotto is continuing to deliver life-changing wins with a lucky ticket-holder scooping the entire £5.8 million jackpot in tonight’s draw.”
He added: “And there’s even more good news, as a further three millionaires were made after three ticket-holders matched five main numbers and the Bonus Ball.”
