Bobby Brazier had his followers doing a double-take with outlandish claims of being arrested on a night out on his social media. The EastEnders star, 23, had some fans worried after posting a picture of himself in a sparkly black get-up, alongside the caption: 'Wild night, got arrested, officers wives liked the way I dance so they let me go, wild night.'
Fans quick to react
One commenter told him it was 'nothing to brag about' while another told him to 'be careful' – but others soon set the record straight. Although he certainly looked dressed for a night out gone wrong, the truth is far less troubling, and his caption was simply a tongue-in-cheek reference to his recent cameo in a Gucci advert featuring Kate Moss.

The new, atmospheric advert is unsettling in its own right, with a glammed-up Kate Moss lip-syncing Chris Isaak's Wicked Game into a microphone with his voice, making for a strange viewing experience. In the background, several people also dressed up in eye-catching outfits are slow dancing with one another and waltzing dazedly around the room, including Bobby, who no doubt whipped out all his Strictly moves for the occasion. Viewers can catch a quick close-up of him before the camera pans away.
New artistic creator Demna said about the ad's vision: 'I wanted Gucci to be represented as the force that reminds us that beauty is worth the risk. Ultimately it is all about falling in love again.'
Bobby's modelling career
Bobby is wearing the outfit he debuted on the Gucci runway in Italy in February, and followers have also been praising his stage and screen presence as he walks in similar footsteps to his late mum Jade Goody, who was a media star in her own right. He launched his modelling career when he was still a teenager in 2020, when he walked the runway at Dolce & Gabbana's Milan show. Although he took a short hiatus to pursue his acting dreams, where he appeared on soap opera EastEnders for a couple of years, he eventually exited the show to return to his modelling roots. So there we have it: no actual arrest in sight folks, so those concerned can stand down.
