The Old Stable in Henryd, near Conwy, is a converted stable and cart shed nestled against a 17th century farmhouse in the heart of a small country village, just 500m from Snowdonia National Park. The one-bedroom (double) property offers mountain views to the rear and plenty of opportunities for countryside walks.

Guests can relax in a private wood-fired hot tub in the evening, or take a stroll to a nearby pub. Llandudno is a five-mile drive away, boasting two beaches, a pier, promenade, fun fair, cable car ride and restaurants. The quaint town of Conwy sits practically on the doorstep, offering the smallest house in Britain and a medieval castle.
The Old Stable has a 4.9/5 star rating overall on Sykes Cottages. One guest said: "The location is perfect for both country rambles and exploring the nearby towns. The accommodation itself is very comfortable, tastefully finished and spotlessly clean. And, of course, we just loved that wood-fired hot tub."
