Royal women took center stage on the third day of Royal Ascot, known as Ladies Day, with Queen Camilla, Princess Anne, Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, and Zara Tindall all participating in the traditional carriage procession at the Berkshire racecourse.
King Charles and Queen Camilla Lead the Procession
King Charles and Queen Camilla led the first carriage, with Camilla stunning in a pale green crepe silk coat dress by Fiona Clare, complemented by a matching Philip Treacy hat. She accessorized with a Dior handbag and a diamond oyster brooch.
Second Carriage: Princess Anne and Sophie
The second carriage featured the Princess Royal alongside her husband Sir Tim Laurence, joined by the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh. Sophie wore a navy dress with sheer sleeves and a navy hat adorned with feathers, seated next to Princess Anne, who opted for an orange outfit with a cream hat and gloves.
Third Carriage: Zara Tindall
Zara Tindall followed in the third carriage, wearing a butter yellow ensemble. After the procession, both Zara and Sophie were spotted in the royal box chatting with Carole Middleton, the Princess of Wales' mother.
Celebrity Guests and Fashion Highlights
Hollywood star Stanley Tucci and his wife Felicity Blunt joined the royal party in the carriage procession as special guests. Ladies Day traditionally sees female racegoers dress to impress, and this year was no exception with celebrities like Holly Willoughby, reality star Georgia Toffolo, Good Morning Britain host Charlotte Hawkins, and fashion influencer Lydia Millen all attending.
