Airdrie Town Hall will stage Beauty and the Beast as its festive pantomime this season, presented by North Lanarkshire Council and Spillers Pantomimes. The show runs from November 27 to December 31.
Cast begins rehearsals
The cast of the 2026 pantomime met for the first time earlier this month. From laughs at the photocall to first read-through nerves, the cast day marked an important milestone in the panto timeline.
The classic family pantomime promises all the traditional fun, including dazzling costumes, catchy songs, slapstick comedy, and plenty of audience participation.

Provost Kenneth Duffy said: "Our pantomime is something that families across North Lanarkshire and beyond look forward to over the festive season and each year it just gets better and better."
