Pupils at a primary school in Australia received a lesson in wildlife they will never forget after making a terrifying discovery in their own classroom. What began as a normal school day quickly turned into a scene of high alert when a highly venomous eastern brown snake was found lurking within the school grounds.
The reptile, identified as one of the world's most deadly snake species, was discovered by astonished staff and students. The school in Queensland was immediately placed into a precautionary lockdown to ensure the safety of all children and staff while experts were called to the scene.
