Drug dealer David McLeave, then 21, administered the date rape drug GHB to Mr. Ogilvie before stripping him, pouring aftershave over his body, and setting him ablaze in a flat in Livingston. Mr. Ogilvie, who is believed to have learning difficulties, later regained consciousness to find himself on fire.
