Stephen Ogilvie, the victim of a brutal knife attack in Belfast, had previously been drugged and set on fire by a gang leader in 2001, it has emerged. Drug dealer David McLeave, then 21, administered the date rape drug GHB to Mr. Ogilvie before stripping him, pouring aftershave over his body, and setting him ablaze in a flat in Livingston. Mr. Ogilvie, who is believed to have learning difficulties, later regained consciousness to find himself on fire.
